    The topping on this is really wonderful, although not too calorie conscious, being loaded w/ cheese & olive oil. The crust was harder to assess since I accidentally burned the bottom! It was quite a labor intensive dish, but will definitely make again, as much to prove I can make it w/o charcoaling the crust, as to enjoy it again.
