Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I'd agree on the loaf being tasty, with a decent amount of pumpkin flavor and just a hint of sweetness and spice. The loaf does have a rather dense crumb.

    A tasty loaf with a hint of sweetness and a hint of spice. My loaf did not have much oven spring, probably because I used active dry yeast and did not compensate for it. Will have to try again with the right amount of yeast. As it is now, it is a tad dense.
