    I made these as a test run since my friend wants to learn how to make yeasted bread. I mixed the dough in the bread machine (didn’t do yeast proofing first since that’s not necessary with modern yeast). I used a whole egg from my sister’s chicks and about 1 cup emmer flour for some of the white flour (both flours from Arva flour mills). Made 9 rolls with the caraway tops as shown. Baked 425 fan with steam then 375 5 min without steam. Finally 2 more minutes out of the pan. These were nice enough rolls; not special enough that I would rush to make them again.
