Can substitute orange marmalade for apricot preserves for a bitter note.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

8/6/2022 Version of the recipe is available at this link https://urbanstmagazine.com/249-2/ We used young Swiss chard from the garden and the salad was quite good! We served it with grilled salmon and farm stand corn on the cob.
