    A bit blah with water instead of broth, esp since used an extra potato and the sweet potato was mild & starchy not rich and sweet. Needed a lot more seasoning, especially smoked paprika and salt. Could use more of the rosemary & sage. Served with roasted piquillo peppers, cheeses, olives. A piquant green salad would be good alongside.
