    This came together very quickly, and the results definitely make it seem like it was more work than it is. I used a cast iron skillet to bake it, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It took about 40 minutes in my oven to get to perfect golden custardyness. Will definitely make again when I want to impress but don't have a lot of time or energy.
