    Pretty good, but I’m a big fan of tempeh. I picked this recipe a few hours beforehand so I definitely should have marinated my tempeh longer (was called out in recipe for missing this). Added avocado, pickled red onions, bell peppers, lettuce from my garden, and a kale/edamame/sunflower seed spread.
