Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good flavor, but WAY too much lentils (super thick). Next time I'll use 1 cup of lentils and keep the rest of the ingredients same.

    This was met with emphatic "mmm, mmM, MMM"s. Made only a half recipe - subbed sweet potato for the russet, and killed about a half bag of red lentils. Delicious with or without the tahini swirl (on the bad manners/thug kitchen website), but it's next-level with. Will definitely make again - and don't half it, silly!

    Very easy and fairly quick to make. I enjoyed but thought it needed more lemon. I also liked the addition of coriander but didn't add as much as recommended. M1 not keen on lentils but ate it blitzed up. M2 ate some of the chunky veg.

    Used sweet potatoes instead of russets and added a dollop of sour cream. It was very tasty.
