    I had some oak barrel aged cinnamon Tequila that I used 1oz of with another oz of reposada. I did as Baxter850 suggested with the bitters. It was very good and I think sweet enough with 1/2t agave.

    Perfect mezcal and reposado specs. A touch sweet. Prefer 3/4 tsp agave nectar. Sub 1 dash Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters for 1 dash Angostura. Subbed flamed orange peel for grapefruit.
