    Made this for lunch yesterday and we really enjoyed it. I was initially wary that the smoked paprika might be overwhelming, but it was just right -- a unique take on vinaigrette -- I'm thinking of using the leftover dressing for some steamed vegetables, maybe even using it to marinate vegetables before roasting.
