Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a brilliant drink. A deconstructed margarita, with salt in the cocktail, mezcal for smokiness, a jalapeño-infused tequila (which I made by steeping jalapeños in tequila for 40 mins or so), and pureed red pepper, which was just a pepper thrown in the vitamix with a dash of water. I can't adequately express how good this cocktail really is, so urge you to try it instead.
