    Used grapefruit peel instead of crescent for garnish. Didn’t realise I was supposed to use acacia honey syrup, so added the honey straight up. This was fine as I don’t actually really enjoy the whiskey I used for infusing the lavender. I could drink this cocktail all night. Dangerous indeed.
