    Moist, tender and flavorful. I brined for 16 hours and followed the recipe up to the last step Instead of putting the remaining half of the rub on the outside of the loin and grilling it on a rotisserie, I put it in a sous bath for 4 hours at 137 degree F. Then I put the rub on and seared the outside on the grill.
