    Recommended makeover #2 for the leftover of the slow-roasted pork shoulder with carrots, onions and garlic. The servings were somewhat small, the two of us finished the four sandwiches made from a whole baguette that were meant to serve four. They may be sufficient for four for lunch, but for dinner you need to supplement them with a side. The slaw was really refreshing, the leftover slaw was great on my roast beef sandwich the next day.
