Chocolate peanut butter cup bark from Love & Olive Oil by Lindsay Landis and Taylor Hackbarth

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

An easy to make, tried and true favorite I've made a few times as part of my Christmas candy gifts. I skip the mini peanut butter cups on top -- though they probably would look very nice, the bark is delicious without them. There is a mint bark and a freeze-dried fruit bark on this blog as well I would like to try. I made a makeshift attempt at the mint one last year, but didn't have the right chips -- maybe next year! I imagine this simple recipe really could be made with any kind of flavored chips you might come across.
