    I tried this recipe because it didn't require deep frying and the chicken turned out beautifully, even the breast was moist and delicious. I wasn't crazy about the salsa and served it on the side, without the corn because my SO doesn't like it. Would make this again gladly, or use the method with drumsticks to take on a picnic
