Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Update to previous note: I had the leftovers for lunch today and it was much better than last night (also added salt). This would be a good meal to prep ahead - in fact the recipe states you can make most of it ahead and add the topping before baking. It really benefited from time, a little more salt, and getting it really hot.

    This was a good weeknight meal. If I made it again, I would add more spice and heat for longer.— 15 minutes was way too short to get the casserole hot. This was the first time I have used this cookbook and there are many other dishes I would try before repeating this one.
