    Everyone loved this. I made sure to cook the mushroom until really dry, used fresh ground cumin and used homemade curd cheese (from the recipe in this book but drained longer than specified in the recipe). This recipe may have an error. It specifies 1 tablespoon of dried yeast which seemed too much. I used 1.5 teaspoons and it turned out nicely. I would make this again.

    I had such high hopes for this recipe. The crust was soggy in the middle and the filling was bland.
