Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This tart and the apple free-form tart in the same book use a huge amount of fruit compared to how much dough you have. The pile of fruit in the middle looks absolutely outrageous before you put it in the oven. I used peaches and blueberries for this one and it turned out so good that I have now made it several times. Definitely recommend.
