Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This tart and the summer free-form tart in the same book use a huge amount of fruit compared to how much dough you have. The pile of fruit in the middle looks absolutely outrageous before you put it in the oven. However, I did use the recommended amount (we weighed it!) and it was delicious and did stay within the confines of the crust, despite being very tall. I also added more spice to the apple mixture (tripled the amount it called for, and honestly could've quadrupled it.)
