The recipe suggests using this book's recipes for Almond milk, and Almond butter. Can substitute maple syrup for honey. Recipe must be started the night before. See recipe for variations.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Once you get past the slightly slimy feel of the chia, a great quick breakfast. I've tried blueberry and also the mango version. Both version are sweet enough to appeal to kids.
