    Very easy and quick to make, and the best I've tried so far. I used the butter option for the fat, and I combined the fat and flour by hand rather than use the food processor. I made the dough the night before and this worked well. The remainder kept well in the fridge for a few days. I preferred to make them smaller than stated in the recipe, and I cooked them in my 10 inch skillet. Next time I will experiment with a proportion of whole grain flour and/or some seeds in the mixture. Really delicious!
