    Lovely little cake; truly quick to make - whips up in a few minutes. The frosting is also easy and perfect - didn’t have half and half so just used cream and it made a great shiny ganache. Great paired with ice cream. Very light and moist. All family members loved the cake.

    Made this for one of my guest who cannot have dairy. It was very good. Since I had another dessert for my other guests, I have a lot of this cake leftovered even after I sent a third of the cake away with the non-dairy eater. It went to the freezer and was even better after being frozen.
