    Wow! I've been looking for recipes to use my boiled cider and this is a winner! Added bonus, it uses my sourdough starter as well. The dough is amazingly easy to work with. Coring and cutting up the apples is the hardest part and it's not really hard. It's like a giant apple pizza but without the cheese and marinara ??. It is a bread, not a cake, so it's not too sweet. Great with morning coffee or tea or afternoon snack (or anytime snack).Husband had a big piece to start, as soon as it had cooled enough. He went back immediately and had a second piece he liked it so much.
