Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These receive many glowing reviews on the site so I was expecting something special. I used my own homemade applesauce which has more taste than store bought, and I had to miss out the cinnamon chips since I didn't have any. My finished scones were fairly ordinary without a lot of apple flavour; perhaps they would be better with the addition of the cinnamon chips. I probably won't be making these again since I have many scone recipes I like better.
