    p. 54 – Super-simple and delicious. I tossed all ingredients into a mason jar, gave it a good shake then into the fridge it went until morning. What a treat to have a cold, filling, nutritious and delicious ready-made breakfast on hand. I'm already planning my next batch and will add some cardamom for a chai chia breakfast pudding.
