    I have finally found a fabulous lemon biscotti recipe! These have so much lemon flavor and I haven't even bothered to put the lemon glaze on them. Two thumbs up and 5 stars! The logs are a bit fragile when warm so let them cool for at least 20 minutes on the baking pan before moving. High altitude (6200 ft.) adjustments: None.
