Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Rub recipe is tasty but makes about 4-times what's needed for a pound of steak; plan to store the extra. Don't start cooking the mushrooms until steak is done - cook while it's resting for 10 minutes, and add more oil (or shhh - a pat of butter) to the skillet to cook the mushrooms. Steak needed at least 20 minutes to cook in my oven as one slab and was still rare in center - consider dividing for more even cooking.
