    p. 82 – This is a lovely chowder and a perfect use for local, seasonal produce. Since I had a little time I steeped my corn cobs in the chicken broth to enhance the flavour. The final dish was perfectly balanced with just enough warmth from the chili and the curry powder to take the edge off the sweetness of the corn.
