Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    p. 107 – These come together in a snap and I always bake vs fry my meatballs and meatball-esque items so prep is that much more simplified. We served these atop pita breads with some sliced cucumbers and the tahini sauce (to which I’d added some S&P and chopped garlic). A Lebanese rice pilaf on the side. A quick and tasty meal.
