    p. 189 – Fantastic! Unlike any Indian curry dish we’ve ever tasted. We loved the addition of coconut, it worked beautifully with the sweet potatoes. Between the chili and the hot Indian curry powder (from Spice Mountain in London) this packed a nice bit of heat so the sweetness of the potatoes was quite welcome. We’ll happily have this one again.
