    Loved these. A little crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. An excellent recipe.

    I was out of flaky sea salt, so used 1.5 t of kosher instead (instead of 1 tsp kosher and 1 tsp sea salt). Worked out great. I don't know if this is traditional for snickerdoodles, but I might try adding cinnamon to the batter itself next time, just to up the cinnamon flavor. Very good snickerdoodles!!
