    It's been a couple of years since I made this sauce and I love it just as much this time. It has a beautiful, deep caramel flavor along with gorgeous amber color.

    I make a fair amount of caramel sauce (I prefer caramel over chocolate) and this is one of my favorites. The texture is easily spreadable or pourable even after a few days. Definitely a keeper.
