    Delicious jam. My lambic ale was sweeter and didn’t add much sugar. Did take longer than 30 minutes to reduce. This jam is the perfect accompaniment to the PB thumbprint recipe from the same book.

    A nice jam. I used early season strawberries and the jam wasn’t overly sweet. It took longer than 30 minutes for mine to cook down but I think the PBJ thumbprints will be well worth it!
