Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delicious lemon flavor. Used the zest of a whole lemon instead of measuring out the recommended 1/2 teaspoon. A little extra zest never hurts IMHO. I trimmed the sugar by 1/2 cup and they are still a just a tiny bit too sweet for me. High altitude changes (6200'): reduced baking powder by 1/2 teaspoon.
