    This salad is so light, fresh and flavorful! It was perfect for my Mother's Day dinner with grilled game hen and potato salad. It was quick and easy to put together and the light lemon honey vinaigrette really let the delicate lettuce take center stage. I followed the instructions and lightly sprinkled Maldon salt on at the end.
