Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I loosley adapted this, free from the contraints of ever having tasted the real thing. Wanted to add cilantro but left it out in deference to the cilantro hater at the table. Used goat cheese crumbles, parsley, scallions and Maras pepper. Love the lime juice and mayo with just a kick of hot pepper.
