    Used Rancho Gordo Borlotti Lamon beans. I loved how the beans added nutrition without making it too thick. I added the optional chicken which was a mistake for my family, because half of us don't like chicken. I'd totally make it again and leave out the chicken (add it for those who like it). The flavor of the chiles was very pronounced but not spicy.
