Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

I was missing the ya cai and sweet bean paste, I also substituted veggie mince for the pork and I would say it was still a delicious dinner. The chilli oil came together quickly with minimal fuss and was outstanding. A great spicy dish, the only downside I would say is it is incredibly rich.

Wow, this was so good, full of flavor and numbingly spicy. First of all, the chile oil is flavored with Szechuan peppercorn, star anise and a piece of cinnamon stick besides the red pepper flakes. Then the pork is seasoned with sweet bean paste, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce and five spice powder. And finally the sauce is made up of the chile oil, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, more five spice powder and Szechuan peppercorn powder and the secret ingredient: sesame paste. They also included greens making it a more balanced meal. This was truly wonderful. I used fresh Shanghai noodle, included the seeds from the dried red pepper in the chile oil, Chinese sesame paste rather than tahini and choy sum as the greens of choice.
