    I prepped the cheesecake filling and graham cracker topping the night before baking, stored in the fridge. This made the cream cheese easier to work with, but the topping stuck to the bowl somewhat and had to be crumbled, but wasn't too bad - still would do that again to save time in the morning. There was a generous amount of topping. Used a heaping cup of berries and maybe could have gotten a 10th muffin, but went for 9 larger ones. Baking time was closer to 30 min. These were really delicious. Due to the filling, they were best eaten after cooling a while.
