Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Granted, it was incredibly quick to make, but we actually found this to be quite bland, despite using a sharp cheddar cheese. We couldn't particularly detect the nutmeg, so may benefit from increasing the amount.

    This is an easy tasty mid-week dinner. I used smoked kahawai instead of ham and left out the nutmeg. I also used broccoli instead of cauli as that is what I had in the fridge. I liked how the macaroni & broccoli cook in the milk however it did stick to the bottom of the pot, so I'd make sure I stirred the pasta a couple of times during the cooking next time. This will be a recipe we have again.
