    These are so good. One of my favorite cookies. I’ve made them with plain Ritz, and I’ve made them with peanut butter sandwich Ritz. My favorite is plain Ritz with mini marshmallows added (Dandies brand). My husband requests them all the time, so I always have some dough in the freezer. I always sub bread flour for AP because I don’t know why. I guess because the Momofuku Milk Bar cookie recipes all use bread flour. Works great.
