    This is a delicious, hearty rice. And a lot of work. Next time I would use non-stick pan for final mixing-orzo stuck badly, and try and prep a few things before hand. Excited for lunch! Love idea of feta and spinach! Thanks @Frogcake!!

    Easy and delicious. Served with marinated lamb chops. Also a very healthy dose of fibre. Leftovers divided between us - great for lunch tossed with feta crumbs and spinach.
