Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was so, so good. I should have tamed down the aji amarillo and lemon juice (I already halved it) in the potato mixture and seasoned from there. I halved the oil as I usually do, with no issues. This did take an insane amount of time though - it doesn't look complicated, and it's not, but there are tons of individual components which all take time. There was a lot of leftover filling which I'm thinking about baking in phyllo.
