    This would benefit from more salt. I added 1 tsp of fine sea salt, but would do 1 tsp of Morton’s kosher in the future. I would probably prefer white rice, but I guess the brown rice is healthier. That said, there are a lot of vegetables, so that’s pretty healthy already. I used fresh basil in place of dried and 1/2 cup sherry and 1/4 cup Madeira.
