    This was okay, an adequate noodle dish, did not wow me. I changed the order of cooking, stir-fried the greens with oil and salt first, set aside. Then sauteed the mushrooms, added the pork and a little of the mushroom soaking liquid as the pork began to stick to the pan, the noodles were added with the sauce, finally mixed in the cooked greens.
