    Delicious recipe, made for a birthday cake. The flavour reminds me of the orange & spice Maya Gold Green & Blacks chocolate. I didn't have an orange for the zest, so added a splash of orange oil into the cake batter and into the glaze. I also had so many orange strips left after sieving the marmalade, that I decided to dry them in the oven ( while the cake cooked) on greaseproof paper, and stick them into the cake like a crunchy orange peel henge.
