Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We've cooked this recipe twice now, once according to the written instructions, the second time using our own tomato sauce, fettuccine, with pangrattato over top each serving. Quite a flavorful dish either way and very easy to prepare.
