    Excellent and easy once everything is prepped (though I only made it with the shrimp). Balanced and delicious. It sounds odd with the pasta and oyster sauce but it works well. Definitely add lime juice at the end to finish and balance the richness. I used a small T of yellow pepper paste instead of fresh aji amarillo
