Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A favourite from the time of Moosewood - my daughter, who had just shifted out of home, put me on to this recipe, and I make it every few seasons in late summer or early autumn. I am using up what is probably the last of the tomatoes from the garden by making 3 different sauces for the freezer. Don't hold back on the wine - I use a good slurp.
